Vacation Rental Betty Sue and I rent some of our Festiva Adventure Club points each year. You can go to www.festivaresorts.com to determine what venues are available and the amenities that would be included in a vacation at that particular resort. Once you have determined where and when you would like to go contact us and we will determine availability and let you know the price and specific requirements for booking, payment and use. We will email you with all of the appropriate information and rental agreement to be returned. You will then proceed to the Pay Now button below to make your payment via PayPal or credit card. We must insist on this form of payment because we cannot wait until a check would clear the bank before confirming the reservation. Time is of the essence as we must confirm the reservation and cannot do so until we have your nonrefundable down payment of 50% of the rental fee at the time you confirm. The balance is due in full 60 days prior to the scheduled travel. This may be accomplished via the Pay Now button below or with Cash or a Good Check mailed to us to arrive and clear the bank 60 days prior to travel.
